You have the right to return an item within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). If you want to return an item back to gr8spares you must first inform us of your intention to return an item(s) within this time. On informing us of your intention to return an item we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number if your return is valid.
If you place an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason you can do so by contacting our support team.
Items not entitled to return
- Items that you received more than 7 days ago.
- Items that show obvious signs of use.
- Items not returned in the condition they were delivered.
- Items that are returned 14 days after Returns Authorisation Number been issued.
Returns Authorisation Number
Once you have contacted our support team with your intent to return an item(s) you will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number, if your return is valid. The Returns Authorisation Number MUST be displayed on some paperwork, placed in the package to return back to gr8spares, to help identify your return. You have 14 days to return the item back to us in appropriate packaging.
We will not accept a returned item back without a Returns Authorisation Number.
How we calculate your refund & process refund
Once item(s) received back at gr8spares, with an appropriate Returns Authorisation Number. The item is check for completeness and that the correct item has been retuned. It may take the warehouse upto 5 days to process a return.
Once the warehouse has processed the return a decision will be made on your refund.
- Refunds are on the item(s) retuned and do not include any carriage costs incurred on retuning it back to gr8spares.
- No refund will be given if an item(s) is returned back to gr8spares, damaged or otherwise non resaleable condition and fail to meet the conditions stated above. If you require the item(s) back. You will need to arrange at your own cost of delivery.
- A full refund will be given on any unwanted goods received back complete, as new, show no signs of use and are packaged in its/their original packaging.
If an item(s) is accepted by gr8spares for a refund you will be contacted via email or telephone by a support team member. Please allow 3-5 working days for a credit/debit card refund. If you paid by cheque, this will take longer, please allow 28days.
