The following are the Terms & Conditions of ordering a product with Gr8spares. On Ordering you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Gr8spares reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before placing an order.

Before You Place Your Order

Availability of Products
We endeavour to ensure the availability of all our products and endeavour to supply all parts of your order within 5 -10 working days. If we not able to provide the product in this time frame we will inform you of this and the product will be despatched as soon as it becomes available. If you have ordered a number of items we will despatch only when all items are available for despatch. We do not despatch part orders.

Occasionally we may have to cancel and/or withdraw a product(s) because it/they have become obsolete, discontinued or otherwise unavailable. If this occurs you will be informed immediately and offer an alternative if available.

Product Specification & Suitability Information
Gr8Spares shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any information regarding the suitability or otherwise of any spare part for the repair of your product. Details published on a product(s) suitability or other information is the best available at the time and usually provide by the manufacturer.

Manufactures, brands and trademark names are used for reference only. Use of these names does not imply the product(s) are actually manufactured by them.

All images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware the product(s) you receive may vary from the image shown.

Please be aware that using unofficial product(s) with your product may invalidate your warranty. Gr8spares is not responsible for any damages caused to your product.

Delivery

Carrier
Product(s) are despatched via Royal Mail in most circumstances. Some product(s) are despatched via other carries if we class the item as being expensive, bulky or fragile.

In the event you have not received your order within the specified delivery time (5-10 working days) and you have had not been contacted by us, please contact us via email or telephone, quoting your order no.

Deliver to:
UK (including Nothern Ireland)

We cannot accept orders from outside the UK

You can make payment via three methods.

- Online Card Payment
- Cheque
- Postal Order

Card payments via the internet can be made through the following methods:
- Visa
- Visa Debit
- Visa Electron
- Maestro
- Mastercard
- Solo

We do not accept American Express

To pay via cheque or postal order please complete the online order form and follow information provided to you on the website. Alternatively contact us via telephone.  Please note if you are paying by cheque, your order will only be despatched on confirmation from our bank that it has cleared.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£) and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). It may be necessary to amend our prices (increase/decrease) from time to time.

Due to the nature of the clearing/payment system used by gr8spares, your card payment WILL be taken at the point of you placing your order. If a problem should occur in supply, we will notify you and of course provide a refund as appropriate.

Payment will appear on your bank statement as “Gr8spares”

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any point prior to despatch for a full refund. If the order has already been despatched, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted for a credit or refund with an appropriate RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER obtained from us via email or telephone. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

We will never pass on your name and address or any other information we collect to any other organisation without your consent. Your details are confidential and are maintained in accordance with the Data Protections Act 1998.
